Sad news, our Paddy

We have just heard the sad news of the passing, at 103 years of age,of our dear friend Paddy McEvoy from St. Pauls.

He was a great guide to us as kiddos, always there with a joke, always getting us home early. No more the bike , no more the black berret.

Thanks Paddy, thanks for the support, the laughs and so many great memories.

We ran Rookie Lifeguard Instructors expecting 8 attendees , three courses later and a fourth starting in a fortnight we can safely call March Rookie Lifeguard Month

Its great to have so many clubs involved and we are very pleased that we have been able to part fund all attendees allowing below cost attendance.

we'll have loads of information on the awards programme and just what is involved from personal safety and survival to rescue, all the slkills a budding rookie lifeguard needs

Rookie Lifeguard Weekend Kicks Off

Rookie Lifeguard Trainers  - it all kicks off this weekend - sthoee starts training 30 new Instructors over 4 weeks

Don't have a current life-support 3  - you need to register at 1, otherwise you are kicking off at 2.

Remember to bring .....

- all your certificates from your application
- your card of authority if you have one
