Bank holiday

Hey all

Enjoy your Bank holiday. No pool swim tomorrow Sunday.

Remember there's loads of assessments between now and the end of June .

If you are away be sure that you speak with your trainer.

Make sure you are on our mailing and text lists too.

If you are doing exams ... chill. We'll be waiting on the beach when you are done.

And speaking of beaches on this glorious bank holiday this picture is just in from a crew member taking up residence away this week for a summer away.

Perfect.

RLSS clubs workshop

The crew at sthoee were pleased to host Ellen and Mike from the UK for the 2014 RLSS clubs workshop in DCU today

Over 50 attendees from clubs the length and breadth of Ireland attended

Sessions were good with good content in rookie, survive and save as well as development ideas.

Thanks as always to the crew who excelled themselves on hosting a great session and, of course, Mike and Ellen who got to savour some Irish hospitality and history..

To all our old and new friends. Keep in touch.
