The pictures from Sunday night are incredible, a calm golden evening. The beach was almost showing off.

Swim at the earlier time of four to allow for the match later in the evening

For newbies.....
Always bring swim gear
Always bring warm clothes to go home in
The purple ones don't sting
No one leaves until everyone is ready and gear is racked and packed.
Yes you can use a SUP
Standing on a board is a right of passage. Everyone falls in
Sand stays on the beach not on kit.
If you're not laughing you're not doing it right.

We're back to the beach this Sunday, NO POOL

Seven o'clock Claremont beach howth ( behind the dart station)

Bring old runners or booties and a swim cap . A wetsuit is not necessary!

Wind up c.830 for pick up, please park at the harbour rather than the beach )
