This weekend

On the beach this Sunday 930am

Bring swim hat,old runners or booties and sunblock.

No pool swim , it's summer

Beach times and .....

Swim Thursday 21st at 6pm and Sunday 24th at 930am

Both Claremont beach Howth. Behind the dart station.

Sorry beach swims are for existing swimmers only ! Remember to bring a swim cap, old  runners or booties and a brightly colored swim cap.

On the beach 2pm sat

Kick off on the beach 2pm Saturday 16th June. Claremont beach behind Howth dart station.

Existing swimmers only! 

bring a brightly coloured swim cap and old runners or booties you can get wet. If you have a wetsuit bring it, we'll also have some spares. 

This swim will be gear and fun orientated, surf ski and rescue boards, Stand up paddle boards and any other rescue toys will be dusted off 

We are in the pool on Sunday)

Summer take 2

We're still in the pool for a couple more weeks but the team have been out and about in the sunshine to prepare for open water. 

Lifeguards enjoy your beaches and pools wherever you are, keep in touch over the summer

For anyone who hasn't heard a very big  welcome  to young Andrew, John and Sue's new arrival. 

AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ALL CLASSES BRING CLOTHES FOR ASSESSMENTS.  :-)
