Hi all

Just a reminder that time changes are effective from tonight!

Dry work starts 630 pool start unchanged !

For any classes starting longer swim times you will finish half an hour later than usual. Bring water !

For anyone doing 'dry' for the first time , wear older clothes, you'll be rolling around on the floor !
