Beach training

Beach trainers from around Ireland and the UK gathered in DCU for a technical update this week. 

We've a brand new beach lifeguard programme if you're interested in doing beach  lifeguard in Dublin this summer make sure you have registered online.

There will be no pool swim St Patrick's weekend or Easter. Crew will be kicking off open at patricks weekend by getting the gear and equipment ready for summer.

Spring is here, it's time to start looking at the beach

Yes we are in the pool this weekend!

Lifeguards in Australia

Trainer Ciarán is currently away in the southern hemisphere trying out warmer beaches in Australia.

Although he misses us all terribly he put on a brave face to show us some Lifeguards on duty and the beach scene there

We'll see him back shortly.

If you are in preexam remember your clothes, long sleeved shirt, trousers or skirt!
