We're full and are putting a waiting list in pace for anyone who has not registered at his stage. Theory is back from next week. We'll be in touch during the week to confirm times. Remember timekeeping is important! 

Beach Lifeguard , the course is very popular, we are putting a waiting list in place to manage numbers. If you have not already put your name here. you can apply digitally here goo.gl/JoSZUo for cancelations and the next courses.

We really did not expect the surge of interest so early in the year, it is a great testament to the volunteers, well done and thanks for everything that you do.

Induction night this Sunday

Hey all

This Sunday is induction night when we welcome new swimmers down for the first time . 

Existing swimmers, no dry work and if you have not registered remember that priority this Sunday is our noobies (you've had the last 51 weeks!)

Extra hands always welcome, if you want to be support crew Sunday, email or text us.

Project Beach Lifeguard! If you want to do beach Lifeguard for next year we have a new winter course on Sundays. Ask John or any crew member for info, there will not be a better value course in Ireland this year.

Pool Lifeguard: it's time , have you registered interest? Ask Niall or speak to any crew member.

Be gentle on the noobies, we've warned them about you

Back to pool and new starts!

Hi all

Just a reminder that we're back to the pool tomorrow Sunday 10th for existing swimmers

We've no dry work for the month of September so swims only

First hour swimmers registration from 7oclock

Second hour from 7.45

New starts can register online , just complete the join form on our blog. You will be invited for induction and our swim test in a fortnight.

Any questions text or email us and remember WE DONT HOLD OR RESERVE SPACES you need to be down!!!
