what can I expect ?
short presentation, lots of hands on work
to assist with preparation, set-up, presentation, do demos and pack up.
these sessions are down and dirty and can take place in community centres, team dressing rooms, on beaches - you never know.
session is short 11-1.30, just enough time for abc's
anything else
sthoee does not charge for community sessions - we request that a donation is made to charity. our preferred charities are RNLI and UNICEF.
dress for comfort not style. sthoee top if you have one, if not navy/dark polo if you can , no issue if not.
