FAQ

What do I bring ?
swim gear including a hat - leave all valuables at home
under 18 - a parent or adult guardian

what do I need to be able to do?
Beach Lifeguard courses: age 16+, strong swimmer, 400m under 8 minutes

Pool lifeguard courses: age 16+, 
competent swimmer able to swim 4 lengths on your front and back and able to swim 50m under 60 seconds

Lifesaving courses - classes are age specific from 8 up to adult. swimmers must be able to swim 2 lengths without stopping
