Sunday swim at 7on the beach, remember to bring your Lifesaving clothes and a bag to take then home in
Long sleeved shirt, sweatshirt and trousers/skirt.
With all the coverage on jellyfish don't forget
Red, orange, blue ,
will all sting you,
Purple , all white,
you should be all right!
